The Hong Kong Physical Fitness Association of China, thanks to the support of the Hong Kong Jockey Club, has implemented a three-year "Jockey Club Home-school Childrens Physical Fitness School" project to provide physical fitness support to 150 kindergartens and families in need in Hong Kong , Advocate home-school activities that are beneficial to the physical and healthy development of children, and promote parental education in children’s physical fitness.Through the app, parents and children of partner schools can participate in the following activities:1.
Parent-child fitness award schemeThe reward plan hopes to encourage children to establish continuous exercise habits in the form of rewards and make exercise a part of their regular lives, thereby improving childrens weight and overall health, and strengthening their intellectual development.2.
Physical fitness and health assessment and analysisTo conduct professional fitness assessment tests for children, the coaching team will analyze the childrens physical fitness development on the spot and provide suggestions so that parents can understand their childrens physical fitness development and improve or enhance their childrens physical fitness.3.
Parent-child Physical Fitness and Health Intervention CourseAfter the children have undergone physical fitness and health assessments, they will be analyzed by professional fitness coaches, and children in need will be recommended to participate in intervention courses to help improve their physical fitness problems
